What I treat

Pain that keeps returning usually needs a better question

This clinic is built for people dealing with pain, tightness, restriction, and recurring flare-ups that do not fully resolve with narrow treatment. The focus is whether Functional Therapy is a good fit for the way your problem behaves, not a body-part checklist.

Common presentations

back pain that keeps returning
neck and shoulder tension
hip or pelvic imbalance
persistent tightness or restriction
movement problems affecting training or daily life
pain that shifts or changes location over time
recurring flare-ups with no clear long-term solution
stubborn problems that have improved temporarily but not fully resolved

Problems that need more than a body-part label

the painful area does not seem to explain the whole problem
symptoms keep coming back after temporary improvement
the issue changes with movement, load, posture, or activity
different areas seem connected, even if they are not always painful at the same time
you suspect more than one factor is keeping the issue going

Good fit

  • want to understand what is driving the issue
  • are open to looking beyond the obvious painful area
  • want treatment with a clear reason behind it
  • are willing to take responsibility for what needs to change between sessions

This may not be the right fit if

  • only want a quick rubdown with no interest in changing what may be feeding the issue
  • want passive treatment only, with no personal follow-through
  • need urgent or emergency medical care

If your symptoms are severe, rapidly worsening, medically concerning, or outside the scope of this setting, appropriate medical assessment should come first.

Book now

If the problem keeps returning and you want to work out why, the next step is to book.
