We collect this directly from you, through our booking portal, when you contact us, or when you attend an appointment.

Our website
This website does not store any data you submit through the contact form; messages are emailed directly to the clinic. With your consent, we use privacy-friendly analytics (Google Analytics 4, and optionally Microsoft Clarity) to understand how the site is used. Analytics are disabled until you accept via the cookie banner, and you can decline at any time.
Contact form and email enquiries
If you submit a message through this website, the details you enter are sent directly to the clinic email address so we can respond to your enquiry. We do not use website enquiries for unrelated marketing.
Booking portal
Online bookings are handled by our third-party practice-management provider (Zanda). Information you enter into the portal is governed by their privacy practices in addition to ours.
Disclosure and service providers
We do not sell your information. We may disclose it where necessary for your care, to process payments, to operate our booking and communication systems, where required by law, or with your consent. We take reasonable steps to work with reputable service providers and to limit disclosure to what is reasonably necessary.
